(News Bulletin 247) – Berenberg announced on Thursday that it had added SES-imagotag to the list of its favorite European midcaps (‘EU mid-caps top picks’), alongside six other stocks including Euroapi.
From the German broker’s point of view, the title of the specialist in electronic labels for e-commerce is traded on the basis of an ‘attractive discount’ following the Gotham City Research attacks, with a share price that does not fully reflect its status leader in its market.
The broker also says it expects the French group to benefit from the growing adoption of electronic gondola tags, but also from an improvement in its profit margins.
Berenberg thus displays a buying advice on the title with a target price of 215 euros.
Berenberg’s ‘European Mid-Cap’ list brings together the 15 analysts’ favorite stocks among the 142 companies that the brokerage firm currently tracks.
