For the best service of the interested parties, there is a helpdesk for reporting / problem solving and providing instructions, by phone at 1555 and 210 7000240, but also through the contact form of the website.
It is pointed out that disability certification decisions that were issued by health committees of the prefectures before the establishment of KEPA, but also by Α.Σ.Υ.Ε., Α.Ν.Υ.Ε. and A.A.Y.E., if there is no decision of KEPA. This regulation applies to those who have such certification for life and do not have KEPA certification. Also, it concerns exclusively the first phase of the Pilot Program. Those interested in the next phases, must to have certification from KEPAwhich can be addressed and served as a priority for certification.
Those who have already applied will be notified in the coming days by e-mail, in order to re-enter the platform, now using the taxisnet codes, in order to confirm their details, as they will have emerged through interoperable cross-checking. If they do not do so, their application will be deemed to have been validly submitted and the information obtained interoperably will be taken into account. It will be possible to challenge these data. In this case, the competent services of the Ministry will judge the relevant disputes.
From next week, those interested will be able to contact the Community Centers, in order to facilitate the submission of applications. Citizens should have with them the required documents, namely: photocopies of identity cards (of themselves and any persons they represent), their disability certification and documents proving that they represent a third party (if applicable: custody decision, court decision legal aid, certificate of marital status, contract or court decision of adoption).
As already announced by the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Domna Michailidou For the pilot implementation of the program funded by the Recovery Fund, the first phase concerns 1,000 beneficiaries residing in the Attica Region, while in the second phase an additional 1,000 beneficiaries residing in other Regions of the country are added. In 2024, after the completion of the pilot program, the nationwide implementation of the service will follow.
