17-year-old minor was taken to a remote area – A 24-year-old was arrested – His 23-year-old accomplice is wanted
In arrest of a 24-year-old were approached by police officers of the Sub-Directorate for Combating Violence at the Sports Facilities of the Attica Security Directorate for incident of fan violence which occurred around eleven o’clock at night in Menidi on Thursday, June 2.
According to the police, the 24-year-old who was arrested, together with a 23-year-old Greek, were approached by pedestrians in the company of minors of opposite fan preferences and by using physical force forced one of them to board a car, while threatening with a sharp object they removed the others.
Then, they drove the 17-year-old minor to a remote area, where they tore his clothes, punched him and went so far as to … bite his ear.
The 24-year-old detainee is accused of dangerous bodily harm, seizure and violations of the laws on weapons and amateur and professional sports, while his 23-year-old accomplice has been identified and is wanted.
The arrested person with the case file formed against him, is taken to the competent Prosecutor’s Office.
