A woman in Patras filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband, complaining that the man beat their 8-year-old daughter.
According to information from pelop.gr, the man had the little girl a few hours on Sunday (5/6) at his house and they were listening to music. At some point and for an unknown reason, the father, according to the complaint, started kicking his daughter and in order to protect herself, the 8-year-old offered her hands.
However, a kick found the little girl’s hand and she suffered a fracture in her little finger.
After the incident, the father took the little girl to the mother’s house, who found that the 8-year-old was terrified and abused.
The father claimed that the little girl was unruly and left.
The minor needed medical care and her mother -always according to the lawsuit- transported her to Karamandaneio, where she was given first aid and a plaster cast was placed on her hand.
The mother returned home with the child and yesterday morning initiated the proceedings in order to report the abuse of the 8-year-old by her father.
