Criminal prosecution for a felony and 5 misdemeanors to the 32-year-old for the shootings in Finikas, Thessaloniki

The prosecutor filed a criminal prosecution for a felony and five misdemeanors against the 32-year-old, who yesterday afternoon, in a state of amok, opened fire in the area of ​​Finikas and was finally arrested in Derveni, after having previously caused a traffic accident on the Thessaloniki Ring Road.

The crime concerns the act of drug trafficking, in the form of possession, with the aggravating circumstance of committing it professionally, while the misdemeanors are connected with the acts of dangerous driving, pointless shooting, damage to foreign property and illegal possession of weapons and use of weapons. His 29-year-old brother (in conspiracy) is also being prosecuted for the first act, with the value of the drugs estimated to exceed 75,000 euros.

According to the case file, a total of 23 kilos of cannabis and 1.2 kilos of cocaine were found and confiscated inside the 32-year-old’s apartment, where his two minor children, aged 6 and 13, and another 17-year-old minor were at the time of the incident. and the sum of 16,000 euros, which is allegedly linked to drug trafficking.

The two brothers (of Albanian origin) were referred to apologize to the investigator in Thessaloniki, from where they received a deadline and remain in custody.

In the meantime, the three minors are in good health and were transferred to a relative, where they are being treated, while the 32-year-old wife is in the Obstetrics Clinic of a hospital in Thessaloniki, after giving birth.
