Deadline until December 31, 2022 for administration marketing authorizations and license plates have the owners used trailers of category O1including the own constructions, which had not been provided with a towing permit, by decision of the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, in charge of Transport Michalis Papadopoulos.

This decision gives the possibility of obtaining registration data for used trailers until the end of this year, provided that Responsible Declaration by a mechanical engineer or technological mechanical engineer, where:

The procedure is applied per holder only once per body type of category O1 (gross weight <750 kg).

For the other categories of trailers (O2, O3 and O4) the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 are not affected.
