Petros Filippidis has been hospitalized in the general state of Nicaea since the early hours of the morning, as he suffered an ischemic attack.

He is released on restrictive terms Petros Filippidisas the Mixed Jury Court of Athens accepted the request for replacement of his temporary detention.
“The court decision has not been informed yet, now his relatives are going to the hospital to announce it” says in skai.gr the Advocate of Kiki Pakirtzidou while as for the decision it says that “It is a decision of justice, it is a decision which is in perfect harmony with all the evidence and brings a balance to an injustice that took place at the time of his temporary detention.”
“The court today ruled that there were no reasons for him to remain in custody and replaced his pre-trial detention with restrictive conditions”he stressed.
The court imposed on Petros Filippidis restrictive conditions of the ban on leaving the country, of appearing at the police station of his area 2 times a month and a guarantee of 20,000 euros for which a guarantee was given a deadline to be paid within 10 days.
