The perpetrator-driver of the vehicle used for the robbery in Efkarpia, Thessaloniki, was recently arrested.

This is a 42-year-old Roma man who was identified by the license plate of the Mercedes car he used and had been recorded on the company’s camera.

He was arrested at his home.

It is recalled that the owner of the business in his attempt to stop the perpetrator was trapped in the car of the robbers.

The incident took place at a craft on 28th of October Street, at noon on Friday, in the area of ​​Nea Efkarpia, in Thessaloniki.

The business owner was making money with a customer. The victim realized that a man was taking money from the fund and tried to stop him.

Then the customer, realizing what was happening, tried to stop the perpetrator. She tripled him and fell to the floor with the money.

According to information, the accomplice was waiting outside the company with his car. The perpetrator left the craft and boarded it.

The 33-year-old owner ran to catch the car and in his attempt to stop the perpetrators, he was trapped inside the vehicle.

In the area of ​​the “TITAN” factory, the 33-year-old man managed to “escape” from the hands of the perpetrators and return to his business.

From there he was picked up by an EKAB ambulance and transported to the Hippocratic General Hospital of Thessaloniki.

“They were back in the warehouse to get materials. She saw him taking money from the fund. His client tripled and hit him on the head. They took my son with them. One of them returned him on a motorbike. It is terrible what happened “, the victim’s father states in his statements and in a state of shock.

It is reported that he has a bite wound on his hand.

The perpetrator managed to extract about 500 euros.
