Two foreigners were arrested for drug trafficking in Kallithea – One was using a machine with a box from a food distribution company to trick ELAS
Two Albanians, 30 and 38 years old, were arrested as part of the spontaneous procedure, in Kallithea, by police officers of the Narcotics Prosecution Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security, accused of drug trafficking.
In particular, according to ELAS, after a search in an auxiliary area of the 38-year-old’s house, cocaine was found, which was divided into 10 packages, with the purpose of its immediate sale, as well as 2 packages of raw cannabis.
At the same time, the 30-year-old also had 3 packages of cocaine in his home.
A characteristic element of the action of the 38-year-old, during the trafficking of narcotics, was the use of a motorcycle on which he placed a box for transporting products from a food distribution company, with the aim of disorienting the prosecuting authorities and avoiding control and arrest.
In fact, the 38-year-old has been arrested in the past for similar crimes.
In total, the police investigations found and confiscated: 1,936.5 grams of cocaine, 1,880 grams of raw cannabis, the amount of money of 44,334.4 euros, 3 electronic scales, an SUV, a motorcycle, 2 mobile phones and a box from a food distribution company.
The two arrested were taken to the Athens Criminal Prosecutor.
