It is noted that the AVAX Group has undertaken and is currently implementing the first phase infrastructure projects at The Ellinikon, the largest urban regeneration investment in Europe.
THE AVAX Group proceeded to supply a fleet electric carsin the context of the implementation of the infrastructure projects of the first phase in The Ellinikonin order to be used by the Lamda Development project supervision team.
As noted in related announcement, “unlike cars with an internal combustion engine, the fleet acquired by the AVAX Group ensures zero emission of gaseous pollutants, while energy recovery from braking and fewer mechanical parts of electric vehicles significantly reduce not only consumption, but also cost of use and maintenance. In addition, thanks to their performance that makes driving extremely easy and relaxing – a factor particularly important for construction site use – it is almost silent, a feature essential for the overall reduction of noise pollution levels.”
It is noted that the AVAX Group has undertaken and is currently implementing the first phase infrastructure projects at The Ellinikon, the largest urban regeneration investment in Europe. The projects, among others, concern the construction of an extensive road network, the undergrounding of Poseidon Avenue and the creation of an uneven junction, as well as the construction of pedestrian paths, cycle paths, public utility networks to serve all the planned buildings. These include the buildings of the residential and commercial developments, the sports complex, the Metropolitan Park, as well as the other developments of the first phase of the project. To carry out the project, 700 new jobs are expected to be created.
