With a waterfall of about 10 meters, surrounded by trees and sculptures, this decommissioned oil rig – 450 tons – will soon be transformed into a futuristic design as the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, as the “Daily Mail” writes. The platform arrived yesterday 13th July 2022 in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset from the Netherlands and will now be transformed into an art installation called ‘See Monster’.
Witness a world first, as SEE MONSTER finally makes its way to the Weston-super-Mare…
Stay tuned over the next few days as it makes its way to its new home!

The structure will span four levels and when completed will have glittering staircases, formed by 6,000 moving pieces, a series of sculptures, a seated auditorium and broadcast studios. It will be on the beach from August to October, when it will be dismantled and recycled.
