The work stoppage is valid from 10 am to 4 pm.
The path of unfair suffering for the traveling public is chosen once again by the OASTH Workers’ Union, which is going on strike tomorrow, Friday, July 15, from 10 am to 4 pm and is doing so despite the fact that:
1) the issue of allowances was legislated and
2) with today’s decision, the Single Member Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki deemed this mobilization illegal as well.
“Although the issue of Unhealthy Work and Liability allowances has been legislated, retroactively since 2017, the Union insists on unfairly suffering the passenger public”emphasizes the President and CEO of OASTH, professor Giorgos Skodras and adds: “The issue of the Collective Labor Agreement is also on the way. Besides, the SSE does not concern salary issues, which are fully regulated, therefore, there is no reason for a strike. Finally, logic must prevail and the unnecessary suffering and blackmailing of citizens must stop.”
