Thessaloniki: The 35-year-old who sexually abused his partner’s daughter

They are given to publicityfollowing a relevant Order of the Thessaloniki First Instance Prosecutor’s Office, the identity details and photos of the 35-year-old of a foreigner, against whom a criminal prosecution was brought for sexual acts with a person younger than 15 years and in particular with victims who have not completed the age of 12 years and abuse of a minor who has not completed the age of 14 years by an adult to whom they have entrusted him to supervise and guard him even temporarily and is familiar to the minor on an ongoing basis, the which allegedly took place in Thessaloniki from the year 2016 until March 2022 (Refer to the 06-07-2022 press release of our Service).

The specific publication, according to the relevant Prosecutor’s Order, is intended to protect society, minors, vulnerable or powerless population groups and to facilitate the realization of the State’s claim for the hell of the crimes committed.

In this context, citizens are requested to contact the telephone numbers 2310-388457 and 2310-388458 of the Department of Protection of Minors of the Security Directorate of Thessaloniki, to provide any relevant information. It is noted that the anonymity and confidentiality of the communication is guaranteed.

It is recalled that he has been remanded in custody, after his apology to the investigator in Thessaloniki, while he denied what was attributed to him, arguing that the complaint was made for vindictive reasons, because lately there had been tensions, on the occasion of the complainant’s school performance and her personal life .

According to what the 14-year-old, today, the complainant reported, the acts were carried out while her mother was away at work.
