Chef Alex Atala, from DOM, one of the best restaurants in Latin America, joins community leader and chef Tia Nice, who runs Organicamente Rango, in Campo Limpo, in the south of São Paulo, for a lunch that seeks to raise funds for projects to fight hunger.

Called Alimentando Pontes, the action takes place this Saturday and Sunday, 4th and 5th. Together, the cooks prepare two versions of moqueca, plantain and tuna with swordfish. Dishes cost R$49.99 the medium size and R$69.99 the large.

Lunch will be available at the restaurant —there is a limit of 40 places, in order of arrival—, for delivery via iFood and WhatsApp and for pick-up on site. It is possible to anticipate the order by calling (11) 98593-8057.

The entire amount collected will be used in social actions to fight hunger organized by the restaurant and by the Solano Trindade agency, which distributes lunchboxes and basic food baskets in the outskirts of the south zone of São Paulo during the pandemic.

The agency, which includes Organicamente Rango, an organic product warehouse, cultural space, thrift store and community radio, is led by Thiago Vinícius de Paula da Silva, son of Tia Nice, named as one of the highlights of this year’s 50 Next, award international event that highlights young entrepreneurs who contribute to the gastronomic world.
