The witness testified in court that he saw the bruises on his ex-partner’s legs the day after the incident
“He told me that Philippides he tried to rape her in his dressing room and that he had climbed on top of her in order to immobilize her” the ex-partner of the second actress who denounces the mobster for attempting to rape her in 2010, testified in the Mixed Jury Court.

According to what the witness testified, his partner at the time had told him after the incident that she no longer sees him romantically. “We broke up, but kept in touch… Two years later I found out about the incident. She told me that Filippidis tried to rape her in his dressing room and that he had climbed on top of her in order to immobilize her. In her attempt to escape, she fell on a small table and knocked.”
Answering questions from the defense as to why he did not report the attack against her when it happened, the witness stated that he himself suggested that she go to the authorities, but she was afraid that she would have many obstacles. I understand the fear he had. Me being ‘outside the dance’, I would go and report it. But I’m not the complainant.”
As the witness testified, “I couldn’t even imagine such a thing. My ex-partner was just about to start working with Filippidis. She was excited, knowing that he is an accomplished person in the field and thought it was an opportunity. It would be a very good asset for her resume.”
