July leaves us with high temperatures – Where will it rain

Clear weather is expected to be the weather on the last day of July, with localized rain in the continental highlands in the midday and afternoon hours, according to the EMY

In eastern Macedonia and Thrace, local rain and sporadic storms will occur from the midday hours, weakening in the evening.

The winds will blow north northwest 3 to 5 and in the seas locally 6 Beaufort.

The temperature will drop slightly in the north, while in the rest of the country it will remain at high levels for the season. In the northeastern continental areas it will reach 35 to 36 degrees, while in the Ionian and the rest of the continental areas it will reach 38 to 39 degrees Celsius in places.

In the eastern island country it will reach 36 to 37 degrees, while in the Cyclades and northern Crete it will reach 32 to 33 degrees Celsius.

MACEDONIA, THRACE

Weather: Initially generally sunny. Clouds will gradually develop and local rains will occur and mainly in eastern Macedonia and Thrace, sporadic storms. Weakening of phenomena at night.
Winds: Variable and in the east northeast, 3 to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 19 to 38 degrees. In eastern Macedonia and Thrace the maximum will be 2 to 3 degrees lower

IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIROS, WEST STEREA, WEST PELOPONNISOS

Weather: Generally clear. Clouds will develop in places in the continental areas in the afternoon hours and temporary rains will occur in the highlands of Epirus and Sterea.
Winds: West northwest 3 to 5 and in the Ionian locally 6 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 19 to 38 to 39 degrees Celsius.

THESSALIA, EASTERN Mainland, EASTERN PELOPONNISUS

Weather: Generally clear. In the afternoon, local clouds will develop and in the mountains of Thessaly there will be local rain.
Winds: Variable 3 to 4 and in the east by noon northeast to 5.
Temperature: From 21 to 38 to 39 degrees Celsius.

CYCLADES, CRETE

Weather: Clear.
Winds: North northwest 3 to 5 and in the east locally up to 6 Beaufort with weakening from the afternoon.
Temperature: Up to 32 to 33 and in southern Crete up to 37 degrees Celsius.

EAST AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANISE

Weather: Clear. Partly cloudy in the north from midday.
Winds: North northwest 4 to 5 and from noon locally to 6 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 24 to 36 degrees Celsius.

EUBOEA

Weather: Clear.
Winds: Variable and in the south northeast 3 to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 23 to 36 degrees Celsius.

ATTICA

Weather: Clear.
Winds: North northeast 3 to 4 Beaufort and in the east up to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 24 to 37 degrees Celsius. On the eastern coast the maximum will be 2 to 3 degrees lower.

THESSALONIKI

Weather: A few clouds that will gradually increase and local rain will occur in the surrounding mountains.
Winds: Variable 2 to 3 and from the afternoon northwest 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 23 to 35 degrees Celsius.
