Rula Pispirigou is facing the accusation that she killed her two youngest children, Malena and Irida, in addition to 9-year-old Georgina.
The lawyer of Roula Pispirigou, Othon Papadopoulos, spoke about the new development in the case and the line of defense that will follow, revealing how the 33-year-old feels about the new criminal charges.
Rula Pispirigou is facing the accusation that she killed her two youngest children, Malena and Irida, in addition to 9-year-old Georgina.
The First Instance Prosecutors Antonis Eleftherianos and Apostolos Andreou brought a new criminal prosecution against her for intentional homicide in a calm state of mind for the deaths of the two girls.
As Othon Papadopoulos told ANT1, this development was expected since the report mentions the possibility of criminal action.
According to Mr. Papadopoulos, Roula Pispirigou feels that she is being wronged, she is hurt and that she is being publicly slandered.
At the same time, Roulas Pispirigou’s advocate spoke of conflicting evidence in the case file, since as he said everyone from the hospital has testified under oath that there were no signs on the children before they died.
As Mr. Papadopoulos said, the Karakoukis-Kalogria conclusion starts from the starting point of finding marks on the children, however he said that this is denied by the eyewitnesses, doctors and trauma carriers.
