“I recycle – Change device”: How will you find out if you are eligible – The process

They were posted yesterday results of beneficiaries for electrical appliances subsidy on the website allazosyskevi.gov.gras the selection process was completed.

The definitive tables of approved and runner-up applications per Region are posted on the program’s website https://allazosyskevi.gov.gr (section: “Evaluation Results”).

The tables were validated by the issuance of an approval decision of the Minister of Environment and Energy, which is located in the “Official documents of the Program” section.

The final classification is carried out following the process of submitting and examining objections that followed the announcement of the provisional results. It is noted that those applicants to the Program who submitted an objection are informed of the result of their objection with a separate electronic communication.

Applicants to the Program can find out if their application has been approved in two ways:

a) through access to their electronic application (digital application platform).

Specifically,

• they will log in using their personal taxisnet passwords, and
• they will check whether the status of their submitted application is shown as ‘approved’ or ‘runner-up’.

b) through the tables posted on the Program’s website.

In detail, they should download the corresponding file in PDF format concerning their Region, and they will “find” based on the code of their application.

Information for beneficiaries whose application has been approved:

• Beneficiaries whose applications have been approved can proceed to the issuance of the checks corresponding to them.
• The issuance option will be gradually activated for all beneficiaries within the next 2 to 3 days, according to the following procedure:
• Receive an informative SMS: Beneficiaries will receive on the confirmed mobile number information about the approval of their application and the possibility of issuing their cheques. The shipment will be made gradually to individual groups of beneficiaries and is expected to be completed within the next three days.
• After receiving the informative SMS, the beneficiaries can connect to the (digital application platform), using their personal taxisnet codes,
• and after selecting the “My checks” menu to issue checks.

Caution: during the first days of gradual activation and if the informational SMS has not yet been received, entering the system and choosing “issue checks” will not lead to an issue but to a simple informational message. These beneficiaries must log in and do the above actions after receiving the informative SMS. The issuance facility will be gradually provided to all beneficiaries and will be fully active to all within the next three days.

As long as the above step (of issuing checks) has been successfully completed, the beneficiaries can immediately see through the current page of their online application the codes and details of the checks that have just been issued. In fact, they will be able to log into the same page at a later time to see the current status of their checks, as well as the devices they return for recycling.

They will receive separate SMS on their confirmed mobile with details of their checks (one SMS per cheque).

After issuing and receiving the vouchers, the beneficiaries can use them at the authorized retailers of their choice to purchase eligible products and respectively to activate the withdrawal process of their old devices.

One mobile phone per Natural Person / TIN
According to the Program’s procedures, each beneficiary must use a unique and confirmed (through their online application) mobile number.

The mobile phone is used as a means of electronic identification of the beneficiary (Natural Person – owner of the mobile phone) during the purchase process and specifically, to send a one-time code through which consent is given to freeze a check from a specific merchant.
