Fires: 34 in one 24 hours – Very high fire risk on Saturday for the South Aegean region (Rhodes) – See the map

In total 34 forest fires occurred in the last twenty-four hours in the country, most of which, according to information from the Fire Department, were dealt with immediately, at their initial stage.

At the same time, the Fire Department reminds that for tomorrow, Saturday, August 13, 2022, a very high risk of fire (risk category 4) is predicted for the South Aegean Region (Rhodes Region), according to the Fire Risk Prediction Map issued by the General Secretariat of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Climate Crisis & Civil Protection (www.civilprotection.gr),
