Four young people in a car, in order to avoid a police check, developed speed and threw packages with small amounts of cocaine from the windows.
Continuous and intensive are the controls carried out by police officers of the General Police Directorate of Thessaloniki, with the aim of identifying people involved in cases of trafficking, trafficking and possession of narcotic substances.
In this context, during the last 24 hours, police officers of the Directorates of Immediate Action, Police and Security of Thessaloniki arrested, in various areas of the Prefecture, a total of twelve people, against whom case files were filed for violation of the Law on Addictive Substances.
Among them, four young people, three foreigners and one citizen, who, moving in a passenger car, in order to avoid an imminent police check, developed speed, while during their movement they discarded packages with small amounts of cocaine.
The vehicle was stopped in the area of ​​Dendropotamos, where the aforementioned persons were arrested.
Those arrested will be taken to the competent Prosecutor.
