Hot Dogs with Chicken

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp. mustard and extra for serving

1 tsp. poppy seeds

1/4 small onion, thinly sliced

4 chicken sausages, cooked

4 hot dog buns

2 small tomatoes, cut into slices

4 spoons of dill pickle

2 hearts of lettuce, chopped

How to make it:

Heat the grill to medium temperature. In a bowl, whisk the brine, honey and mustard. Stir in the poppy seeds. Add the peppers and onion and mix well to marinate.

Bake the sausages for 10 to 12 minutes. We also grill the buns.

Put the sausages together with the tomatoes and pickles on the buns. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and layer the onions with the lettuce on top of the sausages. Serve with the remaining lettuce and extra mustard.
