A bloody traffic accident occurred on Monday morning on the National Highway of Athens – Corinth, at the height of Ancient Corinth.
A taxi with 3 passengers was engulfed in flames at the 89th kilometer of the Athens – Corinth National Road. In accordance with korinthostv, the taxi driver turned right and parked at LEA, with the aim of getting off himself and the passengers. Afterwards, the driver of a second vehicle moving in the same direction, reduced his speed, to see what was happening, as a result of which the driver of a third vehicle “pinned” into the second vehicle. The driver of the third vehicle died instantly.
According to the fire department, two men were pulled out unconscious. 14 firefighters with 5 vehicles responded to the scene.
