The authorities released photos and details of the 53-year-old accused of raping and publishing the 12-year-old girl in Colonos and the 42-year-old who is also accused of raping the child

They are Ilias Michos of Panagiotis and Yasemi, born on 30-12-1969 in Agrinio and Sofianidis Ioannis of Evangelos and Zenovia, born on 2-1-1980 in Nikaia Attica.

The girl lived him an absolute nightmare in the hands of the 53-year-old shop owner, in which she worked to help her family financially. He is accused of sexually abusing her and videotaping her.

According to police sources, the 53-year-old did not stop there, as through a fake profile on social media he was sending photos of the minor to various people and looking for clients.

The 12-year-old’s nightmare came to light when a relative found some suspicious messages on her cellphone and informed her mother, who also worked at the 53-year-old’s store.

In his possession, 2 pistols, 572 cartridges, 21 knives, a bayonet, 2 laptops and a hard drive were found and confiscated, while the 42-year-old man had a laptop and 2 usb drives.

As for the 42-year-old, he was arrested together with the 53-year-old, as his “client”.

The investigation of the authorities in this direction is being carried out at a fast pace, in order to identify the persons who paid the 53-year-old to rape the little girl and to be brought before the investigator to account.

It is recalled that the 42-year-old co-accused of the shopkeeper, who is said to be one of those who paid to have sexual contact with the child, is charged with the charge of sexual intercourse with a minor for payment, on a follow-up basis.

The prosecution for the 53-year-old includes offenses related to rape of a minor on a continuous basis, a distinguished case of pimping using electronic means of communication, sexual act with a minor, a distinguished case of abuse of a minor by a person who accepts the services of a minor on a continuous basis, abuse of a minor, distinguished case pornography of minors, etc., while no charges have yet been brought for the weapons, revolvers, knives, bullets and bayonets, which were found and confiscated on the defendant’s premises.
