Last Thursday, the head of the Athens Prosecutor’s Office ordered a prosecutorial investigation into the previous episode with the Nazi salute of Konstantinos Pleuris.

The preliminary examination was ordered based on the provisions of the anti-racist law and has already been assigned to the prosecutor Maria Karamanoli, who also has the relevant responsibility of prosecuting and investigating racist crimes.

As part of the prosecutor’s investigation, lawyers present in the courtroom will be called to testify, in order to clarify how exactly the episode that caused, among other things, political reactions, happened.
