Papaioannou, requested the immediate investigation of the circumstances under which a second-year student of the Law School fell from a window on the second floor (rear side of the building) of the School during a lesson. by the competent services of the Foundation.
The Rector of AUTH followed the ambulance that transported the student to the Papanikolaou Hospital and is constantly informed by the administration and the treating doctors of the Hospital about the state of the 19-year-old’s health, which is progressing smoothly and does not inspire concern, based on the completed medical examinations .
At the Hospital, Mr. Papaioannou met with the student’s mother, to whom he expressed his undivided support and assured her that the University will provide all kinds of support for the student’s full recovery.
