The 28-year-old man, during the period he is accused of abusing the minor, was serving his military service in units of the region (spring-summer 2021), which is why the Prosecutor’s Office of the Military Court of Ioannina took over the case.
The mother and son gave an innocent statement to the Agrinio Security and regarding the part concerning the 28-year-old Dimitris Kravaritis, the case file was sent to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Military Court of Ioannina and he has already been prosecuted as a felony for the offense of performing genital acts with a person who did not complete 12 years, consecutively.
Soon, the son will be asked to apologize and the military justice will decide on his criminal treatment.
