The 34-year-old, despite the shock she had suffered, found the strength to put on her clothes and return to the stand. There – as she testified – the perpetrator approached her again and threatened to kill her if she spoke to the police.
After her rapist moved away, the woman called the police and reported her rape.
In the statement he gave, he described the assailant as stout 1.70-1.75 height with short hair, while as he said he spoke Greek.
