Takis Theodorikakos visits Patras – He inaugurated the construction of the new police station

A visit to Patras is made by the Minister of Citizen Protection, Takis Theodorikakos, who visited the General Regional Police Directorate of Western Greece and was informed by the EL.AS officers. for all major issues, while in his presence a contract was signed for the energy upgrade of the Patras Police Station.

The tender in question has been announced from the beginning of 2022 by the Region of Western Greece with a total budget of 2,008,800 euros.

Referring to the important project of the construction of the new Police Headquarters, in the area of ​​Eglikada, the procedures for which are proceeding at a rapid pace, Mr. Theodorikakos emphasized that the project is part of the framework of strengthening the infrastructure of the Hellenic Police in order to strengthen its effectiveness and, by extension, the sense of security of the citizens.

In the afternoon, the Minister of Citizen Protection visited the offices of DEEP N.D. Achaia where he spoke to the party officials about the work that has been carried out so far to strengthen the security of the citizens. The official figures of EL.AS were also impressive. presented by Mr. Theodorikakos for the reduction of low and medium crime in the area of ​​Patras which reaches 50%!
