New emergency bulletin for EVA – until when dangerous weather will affect the country

Dangerous weather phenomena will continue to occur in places in our country today Sunday until the early hours of Monday, the National Meteorological Service announced.

Athens has as its main characteristics the great heights of rain, the great rapidity and the high frequency of lightning, it is emphasized in an updated Emergency Bulletin of Dangerous Weather Phenomena issued by the EMY. It is recalled that the initial bulletin was issued on November 3, 2022, it is updated every 12 hours with the latest forecast data and concerns the evolution of the bad weather “EVA”.

In more detail, heavy rains and storms will occur:

• Until midday on Sunday in the southern Ionian and western Peloponnese
• Until Sunday afternoon in central Macedonia, eastern Thessaly, Attica and eastern Peloponnese
• Until Sunday evening in Sporades, Evia, Cyclades and western Crete
• From the early afternoon of Sunday (06-11-22) until the early hours of Monday (07-11-22) in the eastern Aegean from the area of ​​Samos-Ikaria and further south to the Dodecanese.
