Mônica Bergamo: Carlos Nobre will talk about the Amazon and the risk of ‘no return’ at an event held by Instituto Oswaldo Cruz

Instituto Oswaldo Cruz will receive climatologist Carlos Nobre to talk about the risks that the Amazon will reach a point of “no return” and the need for an economy that preserves forests.
