The 28-year-old from Agrinio who is accused of sexually abusing a 4-year-old is in Grevena prisons

Arrested was judged by the decision of the investigator of the Military Court of Ioannina o 28-year-old Dimitris Kravaritis, who is accused of the crime of committing sexual acts consecutively against a 4-year-old boy in Agrinio.

It took about 16 months from the filing of the lawsuit against him by the child’s father for the day of the apology to come.

This happened yesterday, Wednesday, November 9, at the Military Investigator of Ioannina. What the 28-year-old and the advocate of Chr. Tsiboukis, apparently they did not convince the military judges and the accused is taken to the prisons of Greveni by the Transfer Department of the Police, in Ioannina.

The 28-year-old is expected to face a second felony prosecution, after hard child pornography material was found on his laptop in Agrinio, as revealed by the agriniopress.

This material allegedly includes pornographic images of adults with boys under the age of 10 and is of shocking content. The users of the laptop were the 28-year-old and his mother.

This particular element is considered particularly aggravating and now both he and his mother may be asked to give explanations for the existence of these photographs. The procedure for this case will be undertaken by the Agrinio Prosecutor’s Office. On the contrary, the case of abuse has been taken over by military justice, as the offenses were allegedly committed while the 28-year-old was a soldier, between March and May 2021.
