Former PASOK MP Giorgos Floridis launched a fierce attack on SYRIZA

by

He attacked with harsh characterizations on the occasion of the party’s opposition tactics: “SYRIZA is leading political life in the mud, because it cannot oppose Mitsotakis on the big problems – Tins, unfaithful to SYRIZA, have nothing to say”

Harsh criticism in the opposition tactics of SYRIZA towards the government, former PASOK minister Giorgos Floridis, in his interview on the Thessaloniki radio station Status 107.7 and on the show of Dimitris Venieris, talking about the mire in which the official opposition party is dragging the country on the way to the elections.

As he characteristically stated: “Here we are really dragging, or there is an attempt to literally drag in the mud because SYRIZA has absolutely no possibility to oppose Mitsotakis on the big problems of the country which are national, accuracy, energy, security. These are what the world ranks as its big problems. So because he has no possibility to oppose them, he has no content, he is trying to lead the political life of the country, literally, through a toxic climate, into the mud, believing not that he will win, but that he will prevent Mitsotakis from becoming prime minister again, there is the goal.

As you can see, SYRIZA is not winning. Whatever is done in Greece, it does not win, because the world is too young for the SYRIZA government. And of course he sees how many tins out of whack it is in terms of the content of their policy. They have nothing to say at all.”

Mr. Floridis sounded the “alarm bell” for the neighbor as, as he typically said, if Turkey sees misgovernance in our country, there is no doubt that it will cause an issue.

He estimated that Alexis Tsipras’s logic of causing a political upheaval is coordinated with some oligarchs of the economy who have learned to practice blackmail in order to cut pieces of state property, they systematically attack the government because it does not do them any favors or because it does not the political extortions pass – it is the point where Tsipras, SYRIZA, and a part of the Greek business oligarchy coordinate, the former minister underlined.

Regarding the surveillance, Mr. Floridis jokingly said that “every week they will carry a list of names” to then point out that it is no coincidence that in the Novartis case, ten leading political opponents of Tsipras were hanged on the pegs in Greece, waiting for the information from the FBI that didn’t exist, that’s why it never came, and it turned out in the end that this was a conspiracy set up by the Tsipras government with Vaxevanis and unknown with who else.
