Pyrgos: They attacked and beat a police officer outside the Courts – With stitches in the hospital

A police officer was attacked by Roma today in the square of the Courthouse in Pyrgos, Ilias.

According to ilialive.gr, since early in the morning dozens of Roma had gathered in Courts Square, as it was about to be taken to the Prosecutor Ilias, their same-sex who last week, together with another accomplice, attacked, beat and robbed a woman who was walking in street in the area of ​​Kolireikes Parages Pyrgos.

After the defendant’s plea and upon hearing the decision to remand him, the Roma were enraged and according to information there was an incident with police officers who were at the scene, the Security Sub-Directorate of Pyrgos and the DIAS, where they were attacked.

In fact, one of them was hit on the head with a chair by several people together, as a result of which he was injured and taken to the hospital, where he received stitches on his head

From that time, the authorities began searching for the perpetrators who attacked the police officers, so that they could be arrested.
