His call concerns the case of a 54-year-old woman who died at Evangelismos Hospital, when her lawyer and her husband urged her to refuse medical services and intubation. Any efforts of the doctors who fought to keep her alive did not work and the case was brought to justice.
Following the testimonies of the doctors who shed light on what took place in the hospital during the critical days when the woman persistently denied the intubation, the prosecutor called on the negative lawyer to give explanations, for the crimes of synergy in a deadly report and synergy in the violation of measures. the coronavirus. However, if the offenses against the anti-vaccination lawyer are substantiated, it is not excluded that the investigating authorities will lead to his temporary detention, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation. At the same time, the lawyer, who is already accused of spreading false news, filed an appeal on Friday with the Athens Appellate Prosecutor’s Office, requesting that he not be tried for this crime.

The Appellate Prosecutor’s Office was dealt with on the same day and the appeal of the negative lawyer is already being studied by the competent prosecutor who will immediately propose to the judicial council whether or not to reject the request.
