Before the Prosecutors of First Instance who are investigating the case of surveillance of persons revealed by the newspaper Documento, has been called to testify today Friday 18/11 at 12:00 the publisher and journalist Kostas Vaxevanis.
Mr. Vaxevanis is invited to testify in the context of the investigation that started, on the occasion of publications of the Documento newspaper following a relevant order from the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court Isidoros Dogiakos.
The intervention of Mr. Doiakos it was about her list of names, political and economic actors made public by the Documento newspaper, which claims that these persons have been victims of telephone surveillance
In the said case file formed by the prosecutors, the next publication of the newspaper, a week later, was also associated with a new list of people whose communications were allegedly put under surveillance.
Mr. Vaxevanis had asked Mr. Dogiako for it consolidation of pending criminal cases which are investigated individually, such as those of the leader of PASOK and journalists, with the common denominator being the telephone monitoring through the PREDATOR software, but also the criminal upgrading of the investigation by conducting it by a senior prosecutor.
The investigations into the wiretapping case are handled by the District Attorneys Angeliki Triantafillou and Kostas Spyropoulos.
