Pispirigou requests another postponement of her apology for the deaths of Malena and Iris

She requests that specific scientists testify about the deaths of Malena and Iris and “reserves all her legal rights” in the event that what she requests is “illegally not met”

Uncertain seems to be tomorrow’s apology of Roula Pispirigou who has been called by the 35th Regular Investigator to account for the deaths of the two youngest children of Malena and Iris.

One day before the “date” of the temporary prisoner for the death of her first daughter Georgina with Anakritria, the defense of the 34-year-old submitted a request for the accused to receive a new – third – deadline in order to precede the statements of specific medical examiners.

In fact, the defendant requests that the aforementioned proposed witnesses be examined in cross-examination with the medical examiners Nikos Kakrakoukis and Nikos Kalogrias, who, by order of the Prosecutor’s Office, re-checked the data on the deaths of the two youngest children of the Daskalakis family.

In the 34-year-old’s request, signed by her lawyer Alexis Kougia, it is stated that she “reserves all her legal rights” in the event that what she requests is “illegally not met”.

In a statement issued by Mr. Kougias, he refers to “methods” taken by the country at the expense of his principal, while he refers to a “highly illegal and discriminatory procedure at her expense”, leaving open the possibility of turning against the judicial officer.

The defendant requests that the following be called and examined as expert witnesses: Christos Kravbaritis, forensic examiner of the Forensic Service of Larissa, Fotios Hatzinikolaou, associate professor of Forensic Science at the Medical School of Athens and Symeon Mesogitis, Medical Examiner.

At the same time, he requests that Nikolaos Karakoukis, Nikolaos Kalogrias and the pathologist Christos Eftychiadis be summoned to give additional testimony, as well as that statements be taken from Chara Spiliopoulou, professor of Forensics, and Georgios Stavroulakis, a cardiologist.

In his statement, Mr. Kougias emphatically emphasizes that “If all those who committed illegal acts against Ms. S.P. knew which other really top professors of forensics and medical examiners are currently dealing with this terrible case and what scientific opinions they have reached and we are referring to forensic personalities who have graced the Forensic Services for forty years and who are currently studying and scientifically approaching this whole case which is unprecedented in the world forensic data, we are sure they would have lost sleep”.
