Late this evening, the process of receiving the organs of 21-year-old Emmanuela, who was carried away and abandoned by a car in Thessaloniki, will begin.
Special steps are expected from Onassios in order to probably take the heart and lungs, liver and kidneys are expected to be given to Hippocrates in Thessaloniki, while the corneas will remain at the Papageorgiou hospital where corneal transplants are performed.
The required tests have already been done before receiving the transplants, so we proceed to the receiving phase.

The 21-year-old’s funeral will take place in the coming days after the organs have been removed.
