THE 70 years old was found guilty of domestic dangerous bodily harm to a minor, domestic threatening and bodily harm, as well as unlawful use of a weapon.
The 30-year-old victim, originally from North Macedonia, also testified at the trial, describing the incident she experienced, while their minor daughter was waiting for her outside the audience.
While apologizing, the defendant denied the accusations, calling the woman’s allegations false. “I didn’t touch her at all,” he said characteristically, but without convincing the judges.
