As of today, the applications for participation in the ASEP’s large written competition

The process of submitting applications for participation in the ASEP’s big written competitionexpected to be held in March 2023 for 5,124 permanent posts in public bodies.

Applications for the 2C/2022 announcement must be submitted online at www.asep.gr until Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.

Candidates in their online application state their qualifications (degrees, professional licenses or registration certificates, certificates), position codes, branches/specialties, as well as any required additional qualifications.

The qualifications listed in the application must be in place by the deadline for submission of online applications.

University and Technological Education candidates (PE and TE respectively), including graduates with degrees obtained abroad, have the right to participate in the competition as long as they have a recognition deed from DIKATSA, or ITE or a recognition certificate from DOATAP.

Along with the application, it is necessary to deposit a fee of three euros, which can be obtained electronically through the electronic fee application (e-Feed) from the website of the General Secretariat of Information Systems (www.gsis.gr) or ASEP.

Candidates will be examined in general content knowledge and in a test of skills and work efficiency. The examination of both courses will be done by the method of multiple choice questions.

Weightage factors are 50% for each subject. The score of the written process is set on a scale of 1-100 and successful will be those who pass the base set at 55 points for each course/test and overall.

Successful candidates will enter a scoreboard by category and branch/specialty (first stage), in order to participate, in a second stage, in announcements to fill positions in corresponding branches/specialties in public bodies – central administration, Decentralized Administrations, independent authorities, NPDD, NPID, under the supervision of the ministry and OTAs of the first and second degree.

Out of the total number of positions, 3,502 are intended for PE category winners, 1,565 for TE category winners and 57 positions for Special Scientific Personnel (EEP). The detailed distribution of positions by institution, headquarters, category and branch/specialty will be carried out with the announcements of the second stage.
