The doctors’ report on the death of the landlady was given to the Patras Prosecutor’s Office
The conclusion of the expert opinion of two doctors of the “Agios Andreas” Hospital on the causes of death of the landlady (Eugenias Koutras – Theodoropoulou) of the former couple Manos Daskalakis and Roulas Pispirigos, on Bizaniou Street, has already been delivered to the Prosecutor’s Office of Patras with a police letter.
The Court of Justice estimated that it had to put a security barrier in the case and was not satisfied with the file it received last August from the Patras Security, ordering an examination to be carried out by independent experts.
The conclusion of a pathologist and a neurologist fully matches the death certificate of the 59-year-old womanwhich means that criminal action is ruled out!
THE DATA
The experts worked for two months and literally “dusted off” all the data of the woman’s death. The history of her ailments, the medication she was taking and the conditions of her hospitalization at the University Hospital of Patras (Rio), shortly before she died, were examined.
THE CAUSE
The conclusion, in the end, is in accordance with the statements of the treating doctors of the deceased and subsequently with the issued death certificate, which – as is known – mentions pathological causes and specifically “advanced sepsis”.
THE EXCURSION
Based on the development, the possibility of exhuming the woman’s body is ruled out and it is expected, soon, that the Prosecutor’s Office of Patras will know whether there will be criminal proceedings in relation to… “secondary” issues of the case or if the case file will be filed.
FINANCIAL
The received case file is already being examined by the competent prosecutor, in all its scope, in order to search – possibly – for responsibilities. In particular, it is called upon to rule on the possible neglect of the patient Evgenias Koutras – Theodoropoulou, the possibly delayed transfer to a hospital, but also the good or bad management of her finances.
