Details of the amounts to be paid and the beneficiaries
A total of 69.7 million euros will be paid to 74,360 beneficiaries, during the week of December 12-16 that started today, as part of the planned payments from e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (DYPA).
In particular, as stated in an announcement by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs:
1. The e-EFKA will pay:
– 13.7 million euros to 600 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions.
– 274,000 euros to 260 beneficiaries for cash benefits (maternity, pregnancy, sickness, accident and funeral benefits).
2. The following payments will be made by DYPA:
– 20 million euros to 45,000 beneficiaries for the payment of unemployment benefits and other benefits.
– 25 million euros to 7,500 beneficiaries under subsidized employment programs.
– 10 million euros to 18,000 beneficiaries who participated in public benefit programs.
– 800,000 euros to 3,000 mothers for subsidized maternity leave.
