At the same time, the 13-year-old has already been released by order of the prosecutor and is expected to immediately undergo a child psychiatric examination. At the same time, a trial will be set for his mother – who was arrested for neglecting a minor.
It is recalled that the two 13-year-old students had become closer in the last few days and two days ago they made an appointment to meet in a building next to the school they attend in Ierapetra.
The 13-year-old reported to the authorities that her peer had just been found immobilize violently and raped her.
In a state of shock, she informed her mother and they immediately reported the incident to the authorities.
The police soon found and arrested the 13-year-old and his mother (on the charge of neglecting a minor).
