Horror for the 21-year-old girl who works at a kiosk in Larissa
Robbery occurred yesterday at midnight at a kiosk in Nikaia Larisa when an unknown man opened the door of the kiosk, stole the days’ receipts and while leaving, verbally threatened the 21-year-old employee that he would kill her if she informed the police.
Shortly before midnight on Sunday – according to information from the “Eleftheria” newspaper – an unknown man wearing a scarf to cover his facial features opened the back door and broke into the kiosk in the square of Nice in the Municipality of Killeler.
Opening the checkout withdrew a sum of money, approximately 600 euros and then he asked the clerk if she has any more money. The 21-year-old answered him in the negative, with the robber also grabbing a 5 euro note that was on the laptop. Only while leaving did the robber verbally threaten the 21-year-old, telling her that “if you call someone else I will kill you”, thus intimidating the employee in order to gain time – as estimated – then escaping on foot.
The perpetrator is being sought by police officers from the Killeler department who are investigating the case. It should be noted that recently the kiosks in Larissa have been targeted by robbers.
