A new case sexual exploitation of a minor with her introduction to drugs as well is the subject of a preliminary examination carried out by the Rhodes Security Sub-Directorate following a Prosecutor’s Order.
More specifically, the Rhodes Security Sub-Directorate was ordered by the Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Rhodes with a controlled, for the offenses of causing physical harm to weak persons on a continuous basis, sexual acts with a minor, insulting an adult, threatening an adult and violating the law on drugs an 18-year-old citizen, who lives in a municipal unit on the west side of the island.
According to the complaint, Mr 18 year old caused bodily harm, sexually abused and drugged a 14 years old, while he abused and threatened her 42 years old her mother.
The reported acts took place in the years 2021 and 2022 and as part of the preliminary investigation, a forensic examination was carried out, and an examination by a gastroenterologist, while a request for a social investigation and a psychological expert opinion has been submitted.
