Twelve arrestseleven men and one woman, for participating in illegal games were carried out in Heraklion and Rethymno during police checks.

In a check carried out on the arrested persons and in the premises of the store, the sum of 1,610 euros and four pairs of dice were found and confiscated.
A few hours apart, to another company of the police in a health care store, it was found that a man, as temporary manager of the business, had allowed five people to play “dice” while he was also participating. During the control that was carried out on the arrested and in a search that was carried out in the premises of the store, the amount of money of 8,630 euros and a pair of dice were found and confiscated.
The preliminary investigation is carried out by the Rethymnon and Heraklion Security Sub-Directorates, respectively.
