The 15-year-old’s mother reported the incident to the Police, who were asked to submit the child to a forensic examination, which showed nothing about him.
However, the seriousness of the complaint made the prosecuting authorities investigating the case undergo a forensic examination of the 15-year-old son of the defendant’s partner, where it was revealed that the child had been sexually abused repeatedly.
It is noted that the alleged perpetrator was not initially arrested.
However, the investigations continued and the authorities found that from March 2021 until November 2022 he was abusing his partner’s 16-year-old son.
