A 24-year-old and a 19-year-old woman are charged with possession and storage of narcotics, circulation of counterfeit currency and violation of the Weapons Act.
A 24-year-old and a 19-year-old man were arrested in the morning hours of Friday, December 30, in Pagrati, by police officers of the Athens Security Sub-Directorate, accused of possession and storage of narcotics, circulation of counterfeit currency and violation of the arms law.
According to ELAS, during police searches carried out in houses, among other things, they found and confiscated: 1.2 grams of cannabis, a package with 5 cannabis seeds, 36 vials of an anabolic substance, medicinal tablets, a notebook with handwritten notes of financial transactions for supply/ sale of narcotics, REPLICA pistol, 2 knives, 140 euros and counterfeit banknotes.
The preliminary investigation also revealed that the 24-year-old, together with other wanted persons, had formed a gang with the purpose of committing robberies. Two cases of robberies were solved in Syntagma Square.
The arrested were taken to the criminal prosecutor of Athens, while the EL.AS investigations continue.
