by

Easy recipe and delicious pizza, which will impress your taste buds

What you will need:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • olive oil
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 80 grams of prosciutto
  • 80 grams of Calabrese salami or any type of pepperoni you want
  • 1 scoop of fresh mozzarella, well drained
  • ground pepper
  • handful of rocket leaves, for serving

How to make it:

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Pour into the water and oil mixture and mix to make a soft dough. Work the dough on a lightly floured counter and knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  2. Place the dough in a large, oiled bowl and turn to coat lightly with the oil. Cover with plastic wrap. Set aside for 1½-2 hours to double in size.
  3. When the dough has risen, remove from the bowl and divide in half. Sprinkle with flour and roll out a smooth pizza base with your fingers.
  4. Preheat the oven to 225°C, fan, and preheat a heavy, flat pan.
  5. Roll out the dough on a non-stick baking paper. Brush with olive oil and then spread the tomato sauce over the dough. Sprinkle the parmesan on top and spread the salami and prosciutto. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and dry it. Spread on the pizza, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
  6. Transfer the pizza, along with the paper, to the hot pan and bake for about 12 minutes or until puffed and golden, turning to brown evenly if necessary. Sprinkle with the arugula and serve immediately.
