It is about the woman whose hands the musician froze

The five-member Court of Criminal Appeals decided the violent arraignment of Pavlos Fyssa’s partner. The witness was absent from court in the morning when the president called her name.

Thus, at the end of the meeting, following a request from the defense and a similar prosecution proposal, the court ordered the forced bringing of the witness on February 3.

The defense asked the president before requesting the woman’s arraignment if she had indeed been located and received a response that she had already been summoned to the provincial town where she resides.

Today on the witness stand at the Golden Dawn trial, the DIAS police officer who with her other colleagues had rushed with four motorbikes outside the Koralli cafe shortly before Pavlos Fyssas was murdered, took the witness stand.

Police officer Angeliki Legatou testified that DIAS machines rushed outside the cafe in Keratsini when they received a signal from their Center that people with bats were gathered outside Koralli.

When we arrived we saw about 40 to 50 people. There we were approached by a citizen who told us that he was a colleague and that there was an argument between “something goldsmiths and anarchists”… We saw about 15 to 20 people running towards Tsaldari and we followed them on foot. We saw five people fighting. We went in and randomly pulled one of them. It was Fyssas. He yelled at us “me?” He lifted his shirt and showed us the knife wound and Roupakias who had opened the door and was preparing to get into the car to leave. We arrested him and found the knifethe police officer testified.

The witness received many questions from the president who asked her to clarify many issues, including whether they really found that there was a conflict between anarchists and gold miners. The policewoman replied that they did not understand who these people were.

He also asked her why she pulled Fyssa away from those who were fighting, and Mrs. Legatou said she pulled him because he looked furious:he was the only one shouting».

The president also asked the police officer if they understood or not that at the point where “the 4-5 were fighting” a man had been stabbed. The witness replied that they would not have understood if Fyssas had not lifted the blouse while shouting.

President: So Roupakias would have left?

Witness: Normally. He had opened the door and was about to get into the car.

President: You said that Roupakias seemed calm and cool to you. How do you interpret it?

Witness: I don’t know…

President: Did he not expect you to intervene, madam? Three seconds later, he would be gone. What do you say;

Witness: We did the best we could. What else could we do? We shouted “Police” and they ignored us…

President: You saw the facts! You got and praise we read…

Witness: Yes.

President: For the arrest of Roupakias?

Witness: Yes.

The prosecutor asked the police officer if Pavlos Fyssa’s friend Chryssa Tosloukou asked for their help and Mrs. Legatou replied that she asked them to intervene saying that they were beating her friends.
