The 26-year-old wounded by the bullet he received from an off-duty police officer at the scene, remains hospitalized and under guard at the Rethymnon Hospital and faces the charge of attempted murder.
The 33-year-old also faces the same charge policeman who is being treated at the Naval Hospital of Chania.
